A B2B SaaS company with a proven product and traction in the market, but a search presence that doesn't reflect any of it. Rankings are low, AI search isn't surfacing the business, and the website has friction: mobile bugs, broken CMS integration, no effective way to track what is or isn't working. The product is earning trust in the field, but the web presence just isn't keeping up.

Meet FacilGo

FacilGo is an AI-enhanced platform for property management operators covering maintenance, turnovers, chargebacks, renovations, and call centers. Founded by Ken Murai, deployed across North America at properties ranging from 500 to 50,000 units. Ken previously helped build the first generation of procurement solutions for the multifamily market. The product was already proven. The challenge was making sure the people searching for exactly this kind of solution could actually find it.

Strong industry credibility, but low web visibility

Despite cultivating a strong customer base and hosting a vendor marketplace with hundreds of suppliers, FacilGo's website had low traffic and very little visibility on search engines. Their website was falling into disrepair, with mobile bugs and low rankings. Not showing up in AI search. Mobile bugs, disappearing form submissions, no performance tracking. Credibility in the field but not online.

Fixing the Foundation

One of the quickest opportunities we found was in FacilGo's website. While they had a lot of content in their blog, the site itself wasn't optimized for SEO. Before we could get to this, there were some urgent user experience repairs that were needed, and broken analytics and CMS integrations. Mobile users were having a bad time on the site and dropping off. Whenever someone filled out the lead form, the submission got lost into the back end of the website. We added an ROI calculator to increase engagement and create a value-generating place for prospects to land.

We fixed these issues so that the site would better handle the traffic that we anticipated.

Strategies that Ensure SEO and AEO Search Success

The next step was to ensure traditional and AI search engines were crawling the site properly. A partner agency, VerbFactory, had been running content marketing campaigns and we built our SEO strategy around their work. We made some suggestions to incorporate more AEO-friendly content into the website.

With the website's format and content improvements, we saw a steady increase in organic traffic and AI referrals to the site. The site began ranking for more relevant keywords and they were showing up in more AI searches. Even better, the website is adding qualified leads to the sales funnel.
