Elaine Kwok (Co-Founder & CMO) and Fábio Ferreira (Co-Founder & CCO). Elaine brings 20+ years in marketing, copywriting, campaign strategy, and PR. Fábio brings 15+ years in brand, marketing, and visual design. The two of us lead every project ourselves.

We’re based in Toronto and work with clients across Canada and the United States. Most of our work happens over video calls, so distance isn't an issue.

We do the research before we touch the design. We listen to you, to your customers, and to your customers' customers so everything we build is based on how people actually think and talk, not on a template. And we only take on a handful of clients at a time, so you get our full attention.

We agree on goals at the start: things like website traffic, qualified leads, conversions, search rankings, and how often AI tools recommend you. Then we report on them every month.

We quote every project after a discovery call, because no two businesses need the same thing. We offer project pricing for brand identity, logo and brand refreshes, and websites, plus monthly retainers for SEO and AEO. Our retainers start at $2,500/month.

AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimization. It’s the work that helps AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google’s AI Overviews find your business, understand it and recommend it when people ask for help. SEO gets you found on Google, and AEO gets you mentioned in the answer.
